Very welcoming reception and thoughtful touches like magnifying mirror in bathroom. Fresh, simply furnished, well appointed room with window that could be opened for fresh air. Location very close to a U station for easy transport around Hamburg.

Wonderful rooms, a great self service mini and snack counter in the foyer and friendly staff that make you want to stay longer. The breakfast buffet has many organic treats and healthy foods, the location is exceptional as you can walk almost everywhere in the city. It felt special and comfortable to be in a female only hostel. I would always choose to come back and recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in a central location in walking distance to major sights and with excellent public transport links. Staff at the hotel were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of organic food and drinks. I'd very happily stay at the hotel again!
