Almost everything. Very tasteful interior, modern and brand-name appliances, spacious flat, comfortable bed, good heating system, smart TV, electric sockets in abundance, patio with furniture, designated parking space under a roof and all the thoughtful little touches to make us feel welcome, like coffee beans in the coffee machine, sufficient toilet roll, dishwasher tabs…
