Good heating and spacious apartment .
Near bus stop
Near supermarket.
Great location in the heart of the city, a walk to the train station takes ca. 10 minutes via the main promenade with cafes and restaurants. A direct bus from the bus stop right in front of the house runs to Karl Marx's head, which is the main attraction of the neighborhoods.The entrance is clean, one may enter using a secret code on the left side of the main entrance. The owner had attached detailed instructions with photos of each step, so it was not difficult at all to get in. -> Even a child can repeat it. The apartment faces the street. It is sunny in the morning and afternoon. It is comfortable to work at the table. Huge refrigerator if you are a fan of eating at home. Cleanliness is commendable. If you'll be in this city on a passing trip, especially on business at local university which is right around the corner, book this apartment without thinking too long.
