Staff were super. The person behind reception was really helpful. We needed to hire bikes which no-one knew where the hotel's bikes were. She (don't know her name sorry) persisted and helped find them and we got our bikes. Rooms were pretty good and place was very clean included common areas. There was a cold water machine installed in reception which may sound small but it was well used by all the ravers from the Stone festival as well as athletes there for an event. Would I stay again? Yes!
