Everything was superb for us! But especially the cleanness of the room, bathroom and the beds! The beds were super comfortable and the scent was amazing! If I go near Potsdam again I will stay here.
Hotel administration is very warm and welcoming. Amazing staff, willing to help and quickly responding to any requests.

Exceptional value for the money. The family room was more a mini apartment. Very clean, and spacious. The gentleman at the reception kindly waited for a late check-in. I would definitely stay again.
