Top and quiet location, the comfy room had amazing river view, parking available, walking distance to downtown, staff is amazing (Sheila is one of a kind, pure diamond), very attentive, polite and honest, coffee shop is next door, great value for money, would stay there for much longer, definitely will be back!

Location on the Rhine. Lovely friendly lady to greet us.

I had walked to the Rhine promenade from the Railway Station and initially had difficulties finding the property. The lady I phoned was very helpful and even came out to look for me and gave me good directions. I had booked a single room with river view, but was initially given a double room without river view, but as soon as I mentioned that I would like the river view they got me a different room ready in a very courteous manner even giving me a big bottle of fizzy water to drink while I waited. I loved my river view (see photo) and the beautiful location of the property and the very attentive service as well as good free wifi. I went on a boat trip up the Rhine to the Loreley, which started and finished just a few metres from the property and was spectacular (see photos)

The hostess was very nice and extremely helpful The locality was very good and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The room was spotlessly clean. Tea or coffee making facilities would have been appreciated, even a kettle, as no breakfast included.
