Das Haus hat eine günstige Lage in der Stadt, so dass man schnell im Zentrum ist und alles gut zu Fuß erreicht. Wichtig ist auch der Parkplatz am Haus, denn in Oberstdorf wäre es ansonsten schwierig. Das Zimmer 14 war sehr schön, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück überzeugt durch die Frische der Produkte.
