Very central. Had What it needed for one nights stay.
Very flexible with check in.
People on the recepcion desk were very helpful, we knew we were arriving at night hours and they are closing at seven, so they offered us left the keys in the near restaurant whitch was open until midnight. The apartman had all we needed - beds, kitchen, bathroom and lots of space for our luggage.
The owners and staff are so kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean, spacious, comfortable and had a good shower. Location is great, easy to find and only 400m from the excellent Oktoberfest Café and Rathaus Metro station.
As well as the staff, the breakfast deserves a special mention. The bacon and sausages were tasty and good quality and the scrambled eggs were rich and delicious- probably the best I have tasted- anywhere! A good selection of rolls and breads, cooked meats and cheeses, cereals, juices, fruit and yoghurt…at least as good as you would find in a good quality hotel chain.
This was exceptional value for money, and such a great central base for our daily travels to Düsseldorf, Dortmund, and Essen…I can’t think why a traveller to the region would want to stay anywhere else!

I highly recommend it. very good location, practically in the center of Dortmund. The service was very nice and helpful (e.g. we managed to leave our luggage a few hours before the order was placed). The apartment is neat and clean. Good for groups of friends who use it as a base for trips to the city.
We arrived after the reception closed but they sent instructions and everything went smoothly. The location is perfect very central, close to the train station. Good value for money.
