Die Strandnähe und der relativ kurze weg zur Stadt sind sehr gut. Auch der Weg zum nächsten Bäcker ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die sehr ruhige Lage ist auch ein Plus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch sehr Gut.
