Great down, well maintained, outstanding breakfast. Staff was really helpful

Location just perfect in the middle of the old town. Very friendly staff. Good variety at breakfast.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent in our opinion. There was a wide variety to choose from. The pool was a bit cool, but with the sauna we were warmed quickly. The pool is not huge, and it is enclosed under the hotel in a very pretty setting. If there are children playing there, it can be noisy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived by train and the walk was pleasant and taxis were available for the return. The location was perfect for the Altstadt area.

Loved the location, close to the shops and restaurants, beautiful buildings, great size room, breakfast was fabulous and the pool in the cave under the hotel wonderful, and the owners and the staff were so welcoming, the hotel was exceptionally clean, free parking, what else could you want or need Loved the fact that although mainly used by Germans and Dutch people for maybe one/two nights and we as an English non German speaking couple they seemed to be amazed we were staying for 11 nights, but as we were visiting places we had last visited in the very early 80's, it was the right place for us to be based, they were great with us and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and most spoke far better English than we did German, the ones that didn't speak English, we all managed to make sure we understood each other I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, anyone visiting Hameln would be silly not to stay there

The room and bathroom was large enough to accommodate four people. The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Location was near shops and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.
