1) Fair price for a home-like apartment, with cooking utensils, a hair dryer, electric tee pot and kitchen ware.
2) Look google maps, the whole street are some food shops and one special Japanese "Haru Cafe" at the same address as the apartment with real Japanese and music (I suggest Udon soup!). Don't waste money on classical hotels + breakfast to get just bread butter and eggs, you know. Save 20 EUR/night/person with this one and get yourself a king breakfast in a restaurant.
3) A microwave in the room lets you heat up any take out meal you order. Combo with a fridge.
4) Parking lot for a fair additional fee, just in front of the entrance door!
5) Bus stop just outside of the door
6) I did not use the TV so cant say anything about it
7) Table with 2 sockets (I used 1 for the monitor and one for the laptop)
