It's a great location with easy walking distance to train and park and it's quiet.
The rooms were clean and in good condition.
The breakfast for $9 was very basic, only bread, jam and yogurt. Not even eggs.

All in all excellent value for money
A simple and small but clean room with a decent bathroom (a shower). A very friendly man at the reception who was so kind as to wait for my late check-in (well after 8pm). All in all, good value for money.
It is a small hotel not to far from the city center (easy to reach with public transport from the Hauptbahnhof or also by walk). Everybody was kind and helpful in the hotel and my room was clean and confortable.
