The customer service was effective. I arrived quite late but they were able to assist me promptly with access to the hotel.
It is a nice hotel, I liked the old feeling, everything
was very clean and had everything I needed.
The staff was kind, I had some issues and they
helped me.
The train station is quite close the hotel.
I liked the location. It was near a big Parc and the city part was lively, but not in a loud way.
Excellent value for money for travelers visiting for Messe. or business travelers. Hotel is just out side the Public transport. Also convenient to commute by public transport directly from Altstadt. choice of restaurant near by and provision shops
