Great room. Excellent breakfast. Good location on edge of old town. Walk to everything.
Location , environment , staff hospitality and food quality everything was perfect
The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is very well taken care of. There is love in every detail from the fresh flowers and chocolates in the rooms to the delicious food in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed dining in the garden restaurant very much, which a lovely setting! The location was excellent and all the staff very well trained, as well as very friendly and helpful! We would love to return should we visit Heidelberg again!

It was very beautiful, upscale, and elegant. I’m grateful there was a spa and an indoor rooftop pool. The staff was excellent and helped with our bags in a huge rainstorm.
