At the time of my arrival reception was closed but their inventive way of handing the key shows trust and this is truly appreciated; the key was in a basket next to a note with my name and room number. It's an old fashioned house, the style I really like. All was clean and comfortable. It's restaurant was unfortunately closed but luckily the hotel is in the center of town and several eateries are present. The next day breakfast was fresh and plentiful, nicely set in an inviting room.
Staff is super helpful and friendly, even after a last-minute booking (8.30pm with a 9pm check-in deadline). Breakfast was very decent with enough variety and not pricey at all.
