The staff was very helpful. We had a quick check-in, a delicious dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and as a cherry on top one of the staff gave her parking space over to us (on Tuesdays there's a Market in the square in front of the hotel, so you can only park directly in front).
The communication from the hotel was good, giving us a call to check on our arrival time. The receptionist Pauline was helpful with information upon parking within the area, as the hotel has a twice weekly market within the square outside the hotel.
We ate upon the hotel terrace and the food was excellent.
Friendly greeting by Pauline! In traditional dress. Many of the staff spoke English. Beautiful reception area. There was a lift to the second floor. We had room 210, which looked over the square. The room was spacious and the bathroom was immaculate and the shower was amazing. We had a vaulted ceiling so the room felt very airy, even when the window was shut as during the day the road was noisy but not at night. The breakfast was vast and varied, hot, cold, or continental everyone was catered for. We arranged for a family meal one evening, and the cook was unwell, but they still provided our party with choices from the menu. Would definitely stay again. Parking was not an issue, but there is a market on Tuesday's ,there are notices everywhere,
