This vegan family-run hotel is located in the east of Stuttgart, and is Stuttgart’s first vegan Hotel-Restaurant. It is a 20-minute walk from the Schloßgarten park and a 4-minute underground ride from the Neue Staatsgalerie. Rooms at Hotel-Restaurant Köhler are colorfully decorated with wooden furniture, wooden or laminate floors and a traditional red-and-white checked pattern. Every room has vegan bed linen, vegan soap, WiFi, cable TV and a telephone, and some have a private bathroom. Vegan breakfast is served daily. The Metzstraße/SWR tram stop can be found 66 feet from Hotel-Restaurant Köhler. The U14 tram runs directly to Stuttgart Main Station (1.4 mi or a 6-minute underground ride away) and the city center. Hotel-Restaurant Köhler is 4 minutes by public transport from the Porsche Arena, the Mercedes-Benz-Arena and the Cannstatter Wasen. Free public parking is available near the hotel from 22:00 until 08:00 daily. Public parking near the hotel during the day is available for an extra fee.

The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant below was a beautiful place to eat . The host Andreas also provided me with tips and ideas of things to do as a tourist passing through Stuttgart!
This is a family-owned restaurant/hotel with a super nice host, unseen hospitality. We were warmly welcomed by the host (and his two super-friendly dogs) and he addressed all our needs proactively. During our stay, we were pleased with the facilities. We only missed the kitchen, and wish there was a boiler in the room. The building and rooms look original with authentic decorations. During our stay, the floor was almost empty and it was pretty much silent all the time. Highly recommended.
This hotel is in a fantastic location! It’s right next to the U-Bahn station, a park, and a grocery store.
The hotel itself is really nice. It has a vintage/nostalgic feel to it, and the owner is super friendly.
Andreas the host was super friendly and helpful. The cute twin room had everything we needed for a 2 night stay during the Euros. Nice cosy bar area. Rocky and Woody the dogs were adorable. Shop very close by.
Great place with a unique atmosphere
Which I recommend to everyone. Very well connected, rooms clean. Very delicious breakfast and homemade cheeses, cold cuts, warm fresh breads, etc. The owner is very polite and friendly welcomes guests together with his pets.
