Very friendly and helpful people at the reception, especially I would like to mention Abdul. Location was ok, room updated and equipped. No a/C which could be a problem in summer time. Luckily I could open the window and it was cool at night.

The lift was in reperation when I came. Carrying up the luggage was a bit hard. Hopefully this was an exception.

This is a nice three-star family hotel from 1919, well-preserved and modernized to contemporary standards. As such it has no air conditioning which might be fine except during my stay when there were the hottest days, with temperatures ranging around 30 degrees Celsius. Fortunately, my room was on the second floor, facing north and the nights were not so hot. The room was spacious, with reasonable equipment (no mini fridge, as in similar hotels), and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was surprisingly rich, better than I expected, with a good choice of various items, like scrambled eggs and bacon, cheese, salam, vegetables, fruits, yogurts, juices, pies, etc. Wifi signal all over the hotel. There are nice people in the lobby and breakfast bar. The hotel finds itself in short walking distance from the railway station and university buildings.

It's a nice hotel. The decoration makes you feel like you stepped into the past, but in a good way. All the accommodations were great. The breakfast was really good for the price.

Exceptional location, right in the city center. Very charming and spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed and couches.
