This is a small hotel, that means you can have a direct contact with people that can solve any problem with no need to ask for upper management.
They were able to adjust my request for late arrival (due a flight cancellation) even considering the check-in is untill 5 PM, using a structure to keep the keys in case you arrive late... be sure that the system works very well.
There is a big park near the hotel and the area is quiet.
