This is an older facility and it shows. Constant maintenance work . They have since our last stay put in a "tea kitchen " which is very nice . You have a locked refrigerator space,koffee, tea, at all time, a convenience fridge as well as a small table to sit and eat. Very nice. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. We choose this place because the location was perfect for us, in the hope that some improvement were made. They also give for the duration of you stay a travel voucher. Very cool
This is a simple, little hotel / pension that is clean, friendly, has an excellent breakfast and is VERY affordable. It's close to the train station but would likely be an inconvenient location if someone wasn't specifically traveling to Benrath. Staff is very welcoming.
Easy self service check in and the rooms and entire hotel are in great condition. Private parking at the back. It's a quiet area. You have use of a kitchen with a locker in a fridge. Love this hotel.
Lovely hotel. I had a huge room with seperate living area. Hotel is clean, has its own car park at the back. Self check in was easy with the key box. Beds comfortable, huge bathroom and above all it was lovely and quiet. Also easy access to motorways. Aldi just down the road for essentials. Breakfast was very good too.
Staff spoke little English but were very helpful throughout our stay.
