Alles. Der Service beim Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Mein Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Eine solide Ausstattung mit Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffeepulver. Das Bett war mit einer komfortablen Matratze ausgestattet.
Der Balkon mit Stühlen, Sitzkissen und Tisch.
Das Badezimmer war perfekt sauber, sogar mit Duschgel und Tissue-Papier.
Vorhänge gegen zu frühes Licht und eine herrliche Ruhe. Danke!!
Alles super gute Lage nähe Kurpark und das Frühstück und Personal waren super
Gute Ausstattung mit Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee und ausserdem gab es einen Föhn.
Mir hat die exzellente Sauberkeit im Hotel besonders gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hotelleitung war offen, sehr angenehm und informativ. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit frisch gebratenem Spiegelei und leckerem Kaffee. Nach Lüneburg sind es nur 25 km.
Unser Sohn ist dort immer untergebracht, wenn er arbeiten muss in Bevensen. Er ist sehr zufrieden
