The family-run Hotel am Wilhelmsplatz's quiet rooms were renovated in April 2011. WiFi access is available and hairdryers are provided on request. A tasty breakfast buffet awaits guests in the morning. The hotel bar offers fine drinks at the end of the day. The Town Hall, Stiftskirche Church, and Market Square are close by and rental bicycles are available for exploring the green surroundings. Attractions such as the Porsche Museum, Wilhelmina Zoo and Botanical Gardens, and the Altes and Neues Schloß are also nearby. Great hotel. Exceptionally accommodating host. I was exhausted after a long transit and requested to check in early so I could get some rest in the late morning/early afternoon, and they were able to accommodate me. I very, very much appreciated that.
The hotel is clean, the service is excellent and friendly, I would gladly stay again and next time with my wife and for longer!

Location great and very clean room
The hotel is in a residential area that is fairly quiet. It was easily accessible by some nearby tram lines. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was basic but filling. The check-in experience was interesting as the staff had gone home by the time I arrive so there is a key vending machine that you put a code into in your key is dispensed. It was interesting to check into a hotel and not talk to anyone related to the hotel until breakfast the next morning, but the process is easy and I would do it again.
I accidentally ended up, leaving my hat and gloves when I departed the hotel as they fell off the back of the bed and the staff has graciously agreed to hold onto them until my return in the spring. I appreciate their willingness to do this for a customer.
My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the modern amenities and the cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated in a charming neighborhood with easy access to public transport. It’s a short walk to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was very good
