The room design and comfort were magnificent. The stairs to the 4th floor were a challenge, but the view and accommodations more than made up for that.
The hotel was central to most dining and site seeing options and parking garages. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout where easy with the kiosk. No staff were really interacted with except through messaging.
Mobile key, fast online check-in, very clean and spacious room, very good options for the breakfast at dasPaul restaurant. Perfect location.
It’s in a great location. The bathroom was small and no elevator but if you are going for the Christmas market it’s less than a 5 minute walk.
We received an unexpected upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment which wasn't necessary but was still very nice and it came with a great balcony view of the river.
