The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, eager to go the extra step. We booked at the last minute, and I was worried being so close to the train station would mean train noise disrupting out sleep. It is close, but the soundproofing was excellent. Given that, the location cannot be beat for convenience.
What a wonderful place!
Perfectly located at Savigny Platz, which is already a sweet area with shops and nightlife. Very close to Ku'damm and Zoo and just around the corner from the S-Station, from where you can get anywhere very quickly.
The hotel is very sweet, nice ambiance, very nice and helpful staff, no matter whether you address them at 3pm or 2am.
My room was perfect, nice size, bathroom just big enough, with a great view over Savigny Platz and despite the S-Bahn going right in front, I did not hear a single noise. Not even from the inside, by the way.
I spent 3 perfect, quiet, relaxing, comfortable nights here - and if they were too short, that was certainly not the hotel's fault.
Also breakfast for the price of 19 Euro is worth it. Nice choice from a buffet and really sweet service.
I was happy all around here.
