Location. The host was very accommodating. It was spacious. Had a balcony. Views. Clean.
The apartment is very cute and quite spacious for a studio! The sofa and upholstered chairs were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck with the mountain views too! Easy walk to train station and a bus stop is 5 minutes walk away. We'll stocked kitchen with everything you need. Having a washer and dryer available was a bonus!!
It was very good to know that we could contact our host at all times and he would be able to come within 5 minutes in case we needed some assistance. It was not necessary in our case but reassuring and he responded to questions we had before our arrival immediately. Everything was available in the apartment which one could hope for. The location is excellent, right in the centre but quiet in the pedestrian area and the free parking in the building is a bonus.
The host provided very detailed check-in instructions. The apartment has a great location, stunning balcony view, clean, and tastefully furnished with almost everything you need. We also have the option to buy posters, postcards and paintings displayed in the apartment and we bought one as a bday gift for our friend who was also vacationing in Garmisch.
