The apartments match the description, everything was clean and comfortable. There was everything needed for a stay, the kitchen had basic amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast.
Overall, we liked it, there were some minor issues, but nothing critical.

A lot of space. Fridge was full of food. Very quiet. Good restaurant not so far from apartment.
The size of the apartment was nice. Really good price-performance ratio. A big advantage of this accommodation is breakfast - the fridge is FULL of food and you can choose what you want. I have never seen it before:-)
Friendly host and well-furnished apartment during our stay! All was done to ensure we had everything we needed for our night, and for breakfast!
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. It was warm inside in December.
Fully equipped separate kitchen is a huge bonus.
