Die Wohnung direkt und die Nähe zur Einkaufsstraße und zur Nordsee.
Die Lage der Wohnung und der dazugehörige Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage waren wirklich Klasse. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und sehr geräumig.
