The location , the service , the staff, the breakfast, cleaning
Perfect location to visit all local communities and events. Two minutes walk from the lake promenade. The breakfast was something to die for. The staff was always ready to help with any wish. The owners were there all day to answer any questions or to provide pointers for local visits and attractions.
My husband, 4 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay here in one of the suites (Room #2). It was on the ground floor and had a large terrace that had direct access to the beautiful hotel garden. The bed was very comfortable the room was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The breakfast was really good and I could tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into the breakfast offerings. Speaking of the owners, they were very kind and accommodating. I also appreciate that they give the Tegernsee Card to guests. We would definitely stay here again! It is a beautiful property with a great location.

The staff - Mrs. and Mr. Hofer - are exceptionally friendly.

Very nice small guest house in a quiet location. Very good breakfast. The owners and staff really care about their guests. The room was quite comfortable and there were a couple of nice touches to make the stay special.
