Staff were super helpful and always accomodating our requests. Rooms our spacious and clean. The garden is also super nice.

Location is great within walking distance to the park, a few steps from the tram station. The room was perfect for me and my friends. We booked a triple room and got one with two bunk beds and two twins so it was plenty of space for 6.
Everything was easy, also paking as soon as we figured out where the entrance was. Great location for an event in the SAP garden and olympia park. Good breakfast and room.
hotel is good but little away from Munich central station, by tram it takes 20 minutes , otherwise it is alright
