Die Wohnung war wunderschön eingerichtet. Couch, Esstischsessel und Betten waren sehr bequem.
In der Wohnung führt eine Treppe nach unten, dort findet man die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner, ein weiteres Bad und eine kleine Sauna mit Entspannungsbereich.
In der Wohnung sind oben zwei Schlafräume (eins mit Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten), zwei Bäder und einen großen Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch. In der Küche waren neben einer Nespresso Maschine noch eine normale Kaffeemaschine. Auch sonst war alles Notwendige vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Innerhalb paar Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum bzw an der Strandpromnade. Wer sich vorher einen Strandkorb buchen möchte und noch nie in Grömitz war: von der Wohnung sind die Strandkörbe von Basti oder die von Petersen am nächsten.
