Landlady was in contact a day before arrival to provide instructions about the key location (key box outside property).
Unexpectedly, I did however have some difficulties locating the entrance to the building (stair case is hidden from view when approaching the building, I could not find it and had to ring the contact number of the landlady - luckily, somebody was at the building at this moment and was able to bring me to the apartment and handed me the key).
There had been a problem with the Wifi router on the day of my arrival which I was proactively informed about, and by the time of my arrival, the router had been already replaced and was in working order.
I was impressed with this proactivity.
The apartment was very modern, and well equipped, quite sufficient for a short stay.
