Very stylish traditional building, as if you'd stay in a museum. Clean rooms and bathrooms.
This place is what one imagines/dreams of when deciding to travel to Bavaria: it has its distinctive local charisma, very cosy, atmospheric and nice all around. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, there is everything one might need; the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We traveled by public transport (train+bus) and they picked us up and then dropped off on the days of arrival/departure. It is a nice walk to the town center with beautiful scenery of the Alps.
Geweldige uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. Een vriendelijker hostess ga je niet vinden, ze is uitnodigend en vertelt je wat je weten wilt over de omgeving. Ze haalt 's ochtends vroeg zelfs versgebakken broodjes voor de gasten!
De bedden zijn fantastisch, net als de andere faciliteiten zoals doucheruimte en kitchenette.
De Menkenhof is erg sfeervol en verzorgd.
