Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und eine prima Erklärung, wie man an den Schlüssel und in die Wohnung kommt. Das Haus war sehr ruhig und die Wohnung wie beschrieben ausgestattet - mehr braucht man nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür.
