Die Lage ist optimal (Bäcker gegenüber, Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Strand sehr nah), Schwimmbad und Sauna im Keller, Sauna günstig kostenpflichtig.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum und Strand Westerland entfernt. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Bäcker, fanden wir sehr praktisch. Edeka ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Poolbereich im Keller war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben den Pool täglich genutzt.
