We reached the property before stated check-in time due to a early flight arrival and had planned to store our luggage until later, but we were allow into our room at that time. The agent showed me the room I had booked (on the ground floor on the tram line) and gave me the option to upgrade to the upper floor. The room was fully equipped to an extended stay.
The old historic building stands out from the street and was awesome to stay at. The off-street parking is a treat. There is a great bar with incredible food just across the street.
Marco went above and beyond the call of his duty, we were very lucky to have him as a host Amazing location, close to everything. The room is immaculately clean and the bed was really comfortable. We will stay at this place in a heart beat if we visit Mainz next time..
Lovely clean apartment with views of the fountain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Central to everything we needed. The train station was a 10 minute walk.
