Clean room, with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and good heating. Free parking space. 5 minutes by car to restaurants, bakery, supermarket etc. Staff is very helpful.
Very calm location with close proximity to the lake (10 minute walk), the facilities were clean and well kept. The room was spacious and light. There is a shared kitchen area with all the things you might need. The host is very friendly and jolly and helped us with everything we needed. There is a large parking lot, so parking is not a problem either. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. The hosts are simply amazing. We missed our bus to the station (which runs once every hour) and he was kid me kind enough to drop us to the station. Other than that, the rooms are clean, spacious, washrooms are clean, WiFi works well, there is a shared kitchen, free parking etc. If you would like to explore starnberg area then this place is ideal. We would recommend having a car as buses come once every hour. We had come to attend Oktoberfest so car was convenient and cheaper option than commuting via bus, metro etc. Overall, smooth and wonderful experience. The walk around the lake is long and beautiful :)
