I liked the most the friendliness of the owner (forgot his name), he is from Spain and he brings so much good vibes and energy. I felt very natural. The room was super cosy, it's been a long time that I haven't slept that good (11hours), very good mattress which helped to lessen my back pain. Bathroom was big and nicely arranged, instant warm water. The breakfast was so nicely arranged, first time ever that I get a boiled egg with a sleeve on it (very nice). A lot of attention to the details (breakfast has a water fountain in the background which is super calming). Also I was able to get super nice recommendations, it was late in the evening and I was recommended a local place 150 metres away to eat and it was such a local experience there too. I got my batteries filled in to continue my journey to Winterberg and Eifel Park.

The pension is very charming, very easy to reach and looks absolutely beautiful. The landlord was very friendly and did whatever he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He would put our ski gear in the ski room and made sure they were available the next morning, right next to the front door. As it had been snowing the whole night the roads were very slippery in the morning and he went to every table during breakfast and checked if we had winter tires, and provided tips which route to take to our destination based on the steepness of the roads and the congestion because of the many weekend tourists. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
