Very kind and helpful hosts. Breakfast is varied, fresh and delicious. Parking facility very convenient. Ancient building but very well maintained and noise isolated. New bathroom design. Privacy and Balcony. In the middle of the hiking areas and not too far from the city center.
The owners were amazing, travel+visit pass included in the price, great breakfast, good value for the money, comfortable bed, great hot water pressure, great WiFi.

Very kind staff (the family), guest card as a present (really good surprise), excellent breakfast, balcon, brand new furniture and bathroom, quiet area, the Villa situated on the bank of the creek of Kirnitzsch.
Such a lovely place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely small garden to relax in after long hikes in the area. Easy access to public transport right outside the house. Some hiking trails begins right next to the house. The staff will help you plan your trips/hikes. Easy parking away from the street.
