This family-run guest house offers brightly furnished rooms and suites and a terrace with a lake view. It is a charming Art Nouveau villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Built in 1906, Pension Villa Beer has a beautiful garden. The villa lies next to a romantic lake in an area of natural green countryside close to the Baltic Sea. Villa Beer is an ideal base for exploring the historic city of Stralsund with its maritime museum, Ozeaneum aquarium and theater. The Baltic Sea island of Rügen lies directly opposite. Pension Villa Beer can also arrange car and bicycle hire.

Close to lakes and old city centre! Could park our car from 10am eventhough check-inn was not until 1500. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. and friendly staff.
Everybody there (including other guests) were super-nice and friendly, the apartments are around 10 minutes from the main train station and around 20-30 minutes from the beach. Everything was clean and the personnel was always ready to help 🥰
And they offer an amazing breakfast 🖤
Breakfast amazing and very nice couple running the place. A bit far to my meeting venue by the seaside, but otherwise great.
The advantage was the location close to the town, train station and the beach. The apartment was quite big and comfortable. There was a small shop there (Edeka) 2 minutes away from the house.
Breakfast was excellent. Parking was plus. Very clean hotel.
