Persönlicher Empfang, perfekte Kommunikation, die Unterkunft schlicht, einfach und praktisch!
Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt vor der Tür direkt in die City oder auch nach Bad Cannstatt durch. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind einige Supermärkte, auch ein Biomarkt sowie Restaurants, ein Café und eine Apotheke. Ein Wald ist ebenso schnell fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Aber im Grunde genommen alles da, was gebraucht wird. Man muss sich nur im Klaren sein, daß man kein extra Waschbecken hat (aber die Küchenspüle).
