1. The staff is very professional and friendly.
2. The location is close to the city center and the train station.

Quiet location but only a 4 minute walk into the city centre. Room was clean and the host greeting us was very friendly. We arrived early and were given early access to the parking garage for our car, even though we could not officially check into our room. The food in the beer garden/restaurant downstairs was very good.
The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is what made it for me, they also hold events in the yard which was very pleasant and enjoyable that made me enjoy my stay a lot.
Next to school playground, Kids loved playing there. Entertainment from the Biergarten underneath with good music until 10 in the evening. close to old town only few minutes walk to reach nice breakfast place and restaurants. clean rooms. Friendly introduction from the person at the frontdesk.
