The area, the terrace was very nice, the apartment was okay as size and space
Clean and had pretty much anything you’d need, even olive oil (mediterranean people will understand)! It’s close to U Spittelmark, which is great, the neighborhood is very quiet too.

The communication and check in were easy, we could even enter the apartment right after the arrival because no one was staying in it the night before. The location was the best we could imagine. Centre of town but totally quiet during nights. It really had everything a couple of tourists could need for a week.
Wonderful room. Wonderful owner. He answered quickly and immediately. Parking was almost under the house, since we came on weekends and holidays, we parked for free. Everything is within walking distance. Brandenburg Gate and Alexanderplatz are about 15 minutes on foot. Metro 80 meters!!! Clean, neat. Special thanks for the ice in the freezer. It was great to drink alcohol with ice after a hard road!!! The child is delighted! If we go to Berlin, we will definitely stay only in these apartments!
