Very clean and comfortable. No staff on site so you have to let yourself in/out with codes and keys in lockboxes, which was sort of unusual but also kind of fun and interesting in its own way. So I literally didn’t see anyone else when I stayed there.

The room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. It was possible to self check in late. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice neighbourhood.
The property is beautifully located and has been built to a high standard. It is a special place to stay with friendly staff. Do not expect a full breakfast - as advertised, you get a croissant and can help yourself with tea, coffee and water.
Gorgeous property and thoughtful touches. Easy train or ferry ride into center city Hamburg yet could take a leisurely walk along the shoreline/beach of the Elbe River near restaurants and lovely homes.
