I returned to this hotel because of my wonderful first stay in July. At that time, everything exceeded my expectations especially the reception staff, both during the day and night shifts. They were kind, smiling, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Room 224 (if I remember correctly) was my favorite: comfortable and perfectly prepared. During the visit of August, the staff team was different. While the rooms were still nice, I truly missed the warm and friendly reception team from my previous stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and prompt assistance played a big role in my decision to come back.

Pool and spa was nice but spa was closed in morning

Great hotel outside Dortmund. Not the high luxury, but decent hotel. Very, very friendly hotel team. Beds were very good, seperate duvets :-). Large and delicious breakfast buffet. In the morning Xmas market near the hotel (same building)

Nice pool, lovely staff. Even our child of 9 years were greeted as a equal guest. He was asked at breakfast if he wanted choklate to drink. And got to draw when he was finished eating. Roomservice affordable and tasty.
