Was upgraded from 6 bed dorm to single room. Lovely costumer service!
Was a very pleasant stay. Good hostel facilities. The pub downstairs was one of the nicest and friendliest in central Essen. The hostel is very quiet during the week

There was 2 bed room nice clean and worm,good location and good place to stay for budget reasons
It's very convenient with a small bar & restaurant downstairs. Great food and beer with good price. Staff here are friendly. They gave me a 2-person female room. You can fulfill your own bottle by the "shampoo bar" at ground floor. Everything here is so good.
