I travelled to Berlin with my young daughter and was visiting an unknown place. The communication regarding entering the property was stress free, the code system was perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully clean, light and airy with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, we rested well and felt very safe which was my main concern being mother and daughter. The balcony was a lovely perk, sitting outside watching the world go by was great. I was grateful for the ice in the freezer too! Many thanks

I 100 percent recommend this apartment. Check in was very easy with the help of detailed instructions. The owners answered us very quickly and answered all our questions. Thank you very much for that. The apartment is quite big and bright, beds for comfortable sleep. The apartment was clean, towels, dishwashing liquid, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, bed linen. We were also greeted with champagne and small sweets, which is very nice. The apartment is located in a very good location, 30 minutes from the center by transport. It has a very good layout because it is 6-8 minutes walk between the stations. It was very nice to spend the evenings at Ayan. I would also like to mention the park in front of the apartment, it has a lake, a restaurant and children's playgrounds. Nearby there are several shops Netto, Rewe, Lidl.

very good location, roomy apartment, well-equipped kitchen. I went for a fair at Berlin Messe, and it was a short walking distance
