This was my second time staying here and it was just as nice: very helpful to have air conditioning in the summer as well!
The room was very clean and it was cleaned by room service every week. Staff was very friendly and open to solve an issue. The property is located next to zoo in a very strategic position in the Berlin area. The room was equipped with good furniture even the dishwasher was available with detergent, a fridge, the AC comfortable bed, sheet were changed every week by the room service. Room was also very quiet and overall the day was very pleasant.
The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect for us. We stayed in XL studio and it was very quiet.
There is a very convenient laundry room.
Very close to tram, bus and subway. Easy to get anywhere.

I booked this studio for the location, which was perfect for me. Depending on time of arrival, the check in contactless, or at some times personal. I had an airline delay of one day, and asked for an early check in time on the next day and was happy to have it granted. I was met by Mr. Lee who gave me a tour of the property and explained aspects of the studio. He was a big plus after a long and delayed trip from the Southwest US. Everything was modern, up to date, and complete. The balcony has wonderful city views, and I really appreciate having a toaster, The only thing I didn't like is something I find all over Europe, a comfortable bed, but so low to the floor, getting up requires extra ingenuity for a 75 year old senior . Since that's the case everywhere I have stayed in Europe, I can't fault the property. Highest ratings all around for this gem.
