Besser könnte die Lage nicht sein. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet.
Super Lage direkt an der Friedrichstraße, nur wenige Meter bis zur Promenade und zum Strand. Sehr schöner sonniger Südbalkon.
Lage super. Eingang zur Friedrichstrasse (Norden) - also sehr zentral. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, weil die Wohnung auf der Südseite des Gebäudes liegt. Etwa 200 m zum Strand. Balkon (mit Markise, Möbel) in Richtung Süden, d.h. den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet.
