Great location. Great communication with staff on the laundry issue.
Fully automated hotel, no staff or reception. Had quite a scare when in mid night a homeless men entered behind my back - no staff to interviene. Homeless people drinking and lying in front of enterance daily. Shame they do not pay staff for reception, otherwise great rooms and very clean. However would not stay again since security seems like an issue to me.
I liked digital contactless check-in and check -out process; room is tiny yet comfortable enough for short stay. Comfy bed, pillows and blanket. As recommendation the room light can be improved : too dark at the entrance. And more frequent room cleaning
Super clean, the room is so good as if you are in 5 stars hotel, the free mini-bar was fascinating, the location was superb and less than 5 mins to the metro station
