Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade - man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Toll ist auch, dass die Fenster so gut isoliert sind , dass man weder durch die Gespräche derGäste auf der Promenade noch durch die bei Sturm brausenden Wellen gestört wird.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, to znaczy lepszej sobie nie wyobrażam, bo rzadko naprawdę można być tak blisko Bałtyku, widok bezpośredni. Mimo ścieżki spacerowej pod oknami bardzo cicho, liczne restauracje w zasięgu wzroku, czysto w apartamencie
